Consent Agenda The action proposed to be taken is slated for each item on the consent agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a Pension Board member for discussion on individual items, a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Expenditure Report — 1 . Contractual Invoices — a. Manning & Napier Advisors — March 8, 2013 — $12,105.69 b. Christiansen & Delmer, PA — March 31, 2013 — $424.99 c. Galliard Capital Mgmt /Wells Fargo — April 22, 2013 — $2,309.04 d. Christiansen & Delmer, PA — April 30, 2013 — $386.10 e. Foster & Foster — May 15, 2013 — $3,700.00 f. Bogdahn Group — June 11, 2013 — $3,875.00 2. Early Retirement Invoices — a. Jeffrey Shumway b. Carlos Hernandez 3. Other Invoices — None MOTION: Member Glancy moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Member Hettler. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4 -0. 7. Miscellaneous A. Bogdahn Group's requested an increase in fees from $1,500 $15,500 to $1,850 $18,500 for Bogdahn Group effective December 1, 2013 with a 3 year fee guarantee. Guaranteed fee for 3 years and it has been nearly 4 years since the previous agreement. Increase would go into effect with the December 1, 2013 invoice with another 3 year fee guarantee. MOTION: Member Hettler moved to approve the increase in fees from $1,500 $15,500 to $1,850 $18,500 for Bogdahn Group effective December 1, 2013 with a 3 year fee guarantee. Motion also includes instruction for Christiansen & Dehner to draw a new contract accordingly. Motion was seconded by Member Strenth. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4 -0. 8. Staff Report It was reported that there are no new police or fire department members of the Plan. Carlos Hernandez has resigned from the police department.
