Other Invoices — None <br />MOTION: Member Glancy moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was <br />seconded by Member Hettler. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4 -0. <br />7. Miscellaneous <br />A. Bogdahn Group's requested an increase in fees from $1,500 $15,500 to $1,850 $18,500 for <br />Bogdahn Group effective December 1, 2013 with a 3 year fee guarantee. <br />Guaranteed fee for 3 years and it has been nearly 4 years since the previous agreement. Increase <br />would go into effect with the December 1, 2013 invoice with another 3 year fee guarantee. <br />MOTION: Member Hettler moved to approve the increase in fees from $1,500 $15,500 to <br />$1,850 $18,500 for Bogdahn Group effective December 1, 2013 with a 3 year fee <br />guarantee. Motion also includes instruction for Christiansen & Dehner to draw a <br />new contract accordingly. Motion was seconded by Member Strenth. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 4 -0. <br />8. Staff Report <br />It was reported that there are no new police or fire department members of the Plan. Carlos Hernandez <br />has resigned from the police department. <br />
