CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of January 13, 2014 —Regular Meeting Page 9 of 22 A Sole Source Purchase of Fire Station 21 Personnel Entry Doors Introduction: This item provides for consideration to purchase replacement automatic personnel entry doors for Fire Station No. 21 from the sole source provider, Stanley Access Technologies, at a cost of $8,885. Budget Impact: Funds for Fire Station 21 entry door in the amount of $8,885 have been provided in the FY 2014 budget and are available in the Fire Department's Machinery & Equipment/Equipment Other account #001- 0310- 522.67 35. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Fire Chief recommended approval of replacement entry doors from Stanley Access Technologies at a cost of $8,885. N. Budget Amendment #14 -014 — Transfer of Community Redevelopment A eenncy Funds to Support the Triplet Lake Drive Realignment Project Introduction: Budget Amendment #14 -014 provides for consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2014 Approved Budget to allow for the transfer of $30,000 from the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) fund to the General Fund and Community Development's Planning Division Professional Services account to support the Triplet Lake Drive realignment project. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #14 -014 will increase the CRA's Transfer to Fund 001 Account #113 - 0210 - 581.91 -10 and Other Non-Operating Sources account #113- 0000 - 389.90 -00 by $30,000, In addition, the General Fund Transfers from Fund 113 account #001 - 0000 - 389.13 -00 and Community Development's Planning Division Professional Services account 4001- 0210 - 515.31 -00 will increase by $30,000. BA #14 -014 Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks Commission approval to transfer $30,000 in funding from the Community Redevelopment Agency to the Community Development Planning Division for the Concord Village road realignment project. This amendment will allocate funding appropriately.
