Initial funding in the amount of <br />$1,162,697 was approved by the Commission with adoption of the FY 2013 -2014 Budget. The FDOT <br />approved an additional $581,634 for this project, in which the State will contribute $287,817, and the City's <br />match is $293,817. Resolution 14 -2567 — Award of Bid to Atlantic Civil Constructors Corporation for <br />Construction of the Casselberly Greenway Trail Section 3 Project <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH ATLANTIC <br />CIVIL CONSTRUCTORS CORPORATION FOR CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL SECTION <br />3 PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14 -2567 approves the Agreement with Atlantic Civil Constructors Corporation in <br />the amount of $1,588,458.69 for the construction of the Casselberly Greenway Trail Section 3 Project, and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Upon approval of Resolution 14 -2566 and related Budget Amendment # 14 -011 (submitted <br />separately), funds will be available in the Parks and Recreation Improvements Other Than Building — Bike <br />Trail Phase 3 (Construction) account #304 -0410- 572.63 -91 and the Bike Trail Phase 3 grant revenue account <br />#304-0000-334.70-0 1. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14 -2567. <br />I. Budget Amendment # 14 -004 — Fiscal Year 2013 to 2014 Budget Rollover <br />Introduction: Budget Amendment # 14 -004 provides for consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2013/2014 <br />Approved Budget to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services <br />
