Resolution 14 -2559 — Amending Article 33, Wages, of the Coastal Florida Police <br />Benevolent Association Collective Bargaining greement <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING AND RATIFYING <br />ARTICLE 33, WAGES, OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE COASTAL FLORIDA POLICE BENEVOLENT <br />ASSOCIATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14 -2559 amends and ratifies Article 33, Wages, of the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association ( CFPBA). <br />City staff and CFPBA representatives have reached a mutual agreement to revise Article 33.13. Members of <br />the CFPBA voted and approved the revised article. The amended Article 33.13 provides for a 3% base wage <br />increase on January 19, 2014, which is the same amount as the salary adjustment approved by the City <br />Commission and provided for in the City FY 13 -14 budget for general employees. <br />Budget Impact: Funds are available and were budgeted in the Police Department's salaries and wages <br />account #001 -0610- 521.12 -01 for FY 2014. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 14 -2559. <br />C. Resolution 14 -2560 — Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Design Services for the Elm Drive Lift <br />Station Relocation Project <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />3 WITH REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE <br />ELM DRIVE LIFT STATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14 -2560 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $32,959 for design services for the Ehn <br />Drive Lift Station Relocation Project, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf ofthe City. <br />Budget Impact: Funds were budgeted in FY 2014 for the Elm Street Pump Station relocation and are <br />available in the Distribution and Collection Machinery and Equipment/Equipment Other Account #401 -0751- <br />536.67-35. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14 -2560. <br />
