Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisolw Committee (Metroplan) Report — Mayor Glancy <br />No report. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report — Mayor Glancy <br />Advised there had not been a board meeting since the last Commission meeting; however, she shared some <br />details about one of the Leadership Seminole classes she attended last week relating to health. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Report — Mayor Glancy <br />No report. <br />E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report — <br />Commissioner Hufford <br />Reported that the meeting was held in Altamonte Springs and there was a presentation by representatives of the <br />Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools about how communities could get involved with the <br />Foundation, which is an organization which raises funds to further enhance the performance of teachers and <br />students in Seminole County Public Schools. She advised that the next meeting would be hosted by the City of <br />Casselberry on February 5, 2014 and encouraged those who could to attend. <br />F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning AgencReport — Vice Mayor Solomon <br />Reported the last meeting was held on Thursday, January 96, and shared information about some of the <br />approved projects, including building and landscape improvements at Colorado's Prime Steak House in <br />Sanford on U.S. Highway 17 -92; streetscape improvements on Shepherd Road in Winter Springs; and <br />improvements to Sunland Park in Sanford which is also located along U.S. Highway 17 -92. <br />
