The capital lease proceeds are budgeted as a revenue source to be used to pay for the purchases. The total to be borrowed and expended on capital items is $259,000. The first year lease payments are budgeted within the General Fund for the affected departments. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 13- 2554. F. Resolution 13 -2555 — Extension of Agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. for Commercial Waste Containers Hauling and Disposal Services at City Facilities and 2013 Consumer Price Index Rate Adjustment "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. TO PROVIDE COMMERCIAL WASTE CONTAINERS, HAULING AND DISPOSAL FOR NINE (9) CITY OF CASSELBERRY FACILITIES AND RELATED ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT BASED ON THE 2013 CONSUMER PRICE INDEX; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2555 approves the second one (1) year extension of the current agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. for commercial waste containers, hauling and disposal services for City facilities and a rate adjustment to coincide with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous year (1.5 %) as stipulated in the current agreement. Budget Impact: Funds are available and budgeted to cover the City's monthly waste services in account numbers 001- 0720 - 541.57 -00, Streets & Fleet Maintenance Construction Material Disposal Fund; 118 -0730- 534.34-00, Solid Waste Fund, Other Contractual Services; 401- 0751 - 536.34 -00, Water and Sewer Fund and 401- 0753 - 535.34 -00, Water Reclamation Other Contractual Services. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2555. G. Resolution 13 -2556 — Change Order No. 7 to the Contractual Agreement with Killebrew Inc for Construction of the Water Quality Improvement Projects and Related Budget Amendment #14 -008 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 TO THE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH I(ILLEBREW, INC. FOR OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS ENCOUNTERED ON PHASE 3 OF THE WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2556 approves Change Order No. 7 to the agreement with Killebrew, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $154,018.32 for overruns that have occurred during Phase 3 of the Water Quality Improvement Projects, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City.
