Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as submitted. B. Resolution 13 -2550 — Casselberry Little League Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND CASSELBERRY LITTLE LEAGUE FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES AT WIRZ PARK AND SECRET LAKE PARK; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2550 approves the agreement between the City of Casselberry and Casselberry Little League for a one (1) year term with an additional one (1) year renewal option for use of the ball fields at Wirz and Secret Lake Parks, respectively, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager. and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2550. C. Resolution 13 -2552 — Conveyance of City -Owned Surplus Parcel ID #10- 21- 30 -504- 0000 -0330 (1521 Oak Lane) to Habitat for Humanity "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, CONVEYING CITY -OWNED PARCEL ID 410 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -0330 (1521 OAK LANE) TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF SEMINOLE COUNTY AND GREATER APOPKA BY EXECUTION OF A WARRANTY DEED; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2552 approves conveyance of Parcel ID #10 -21 -30 -504- 0000 -0330 (1521 Oak Lane) by Warranty Deed to Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka and authorizes the Mayor to execute said instrument on behalf of the City. Background: At the February 25, 2013 meeting, the City Commission approved a grant application for the amount of $183,050 to partner with Habitat for Humanity to construct new single family homes in the northern section of Casselberry. Through the grant, Seminole County, through the Federal Housing and Urban Development Division, would fund the project, the City would donate the property, and Habitat for Humanity would be the developer. On October 28, 2013, the City Commission approved Resolution 13 -2540, accepting the grant award and approving the execution of a tri -party agreement between the City, Seminole County, and Habitat for Humanity.
