Mr. David Keys, 205 Oak Park Place, spoke in support of the City Center development as <br />planned. <br />5. Mr. Ron Bryan, 500 Lake Kathryn Circle, spoke in support of the City Center development as <br />planned. <br />6. Mr. Dan Schulman, 126 Triplet Lake Drive, spoke in support of the City Center development <br />as planned, and urged the Commission to come to an agreement. <br />7. Ms. Stephanie Fuller, 812 Rogers Court, spoke in support of the City Center development as <br />planned. <br />8. Ms. Dodie Stevens, 250 South Embrey Drive, spoke in support of the City Center <br />development as planned. <br />9. Ms. Debra Morris, 255 Shady Hollow, spoke in support of the City Center development as <br />planned, and urged the Commission to work towards a solution. <br />10. Mr. Paul McKernan, 530 Queens Mirror Circle, spoke in support of the City Center <br />development as planned. <br />11. Mr. Mike Kepper, 1475 Guinevere Drive, spoke in support ofthe City Center development as <br />planned. <br />12. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, expressed concerns about perceived <br />inconsistencies in the acreage for the City Center development. He spoke in opposition to the <br />purchase agreement as written, suggesting termination of the agreement. <br />13. Mr. Kase Holmes, 82 South Winter Park Drive, spoke in support of the City Center <br />development as planned. <br />14. Ms. Laura Hatton, 302 Triplet Lake Drive, spoke in favor of the City Center development as <br />planned, stating she believed the agreement had already been signed and she felt it covered <br />the concerns that had been raised. <br />15. Mr. Andrew Meadows, 480 Lake Kathryn Circle, spoke in support of the City Center <br />development as planned, and urged the Commission to work out the details with the <br />developers. <br />16. Mr. Bob Guest, 460 South Triplet Lake Drive, spoke in support of the City Center <br />development, as planned, and urged the Commission to settle their differences. <br />17. Mr. Robert Phillips, 251 South Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, spoke in favor of the City <br />Center development as planned, and urged the Commission to see the project through. <br />18. Ms. Crystal Martin, 220 Mockingbird Lane, spoke in favor of the City Center development as <br />planned. <br />19. Mr. Richard Henderson, 127 Mark David Boulevard, expressed his desire to have a sports <br />store in the City of Casselberry and requested that the Commission work towards <br />accomplishing that. <br />20. Deedra Derosier, 234 Oak Park Place, expressed concerns about witnessing dissension <br />amongst the Cornnissioners and urged the Commission to listen to the community and <br />support the proposed City Center project. <br />21. Ms. Karen Hulbert, 410 Iris Road, stated she had just become aware of tonight's meeting and <br />felt that not enough information had been provided to the citizens regarding the project. She <br />expressed concerns that such a big decision was being made without the entire city being <br />informed. <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Glancy closed public participation. <br />
