Community Redevelopment Agency <br />November 14, 2013 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Ms. Smith said the City has implemented a city -wide marketing and branding program and she said they will see how <br />that interacts with the CRA and determine if anything specific to the CRA needs to be done. <br />Ms. Smith said that staff will compile a list of properties and will continue to work with the consultants and Mr. Steve <br />Triece to provide a prioritized list to the Board to assist the Board in their future plans. <br />In response to the Board's question, Ms. Smith said there has been no interest shown in purchasing the Target <br />Outparcel. Ms. Smith stated that parcel is included in the scope of the Concord Village Development. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the Public Works Department requesting a letter from the CRA Board to support <br />a grant request. Ms. Smith requested the Board to support the request. <br />Seventh Item of Business: Public Comments <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Casselberry suggested <br />increasing the pole height for businesses that are obstructed by the ramp of the flyover. Mr. Casselberry also suggested using <br />signage at exits for advertising various businesses <br />Mr. Casselberry suggested combining the Lake Ellen Church parcel and the Lu Rae Motel parcel.
