CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />AUGUST 8, 2013 <br />within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of <br />up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Lutz seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />FORECLOSURE REQUEST <br />ROOF MAINTENANCE, ULDR SECTION 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -12 -01020 441 JASMINE RD <br />OVERGROWN PROPERTY ULDR SECTION 3-10.3 <br />• CE -12 -01619 441 JASMINE RD <br />Officer Hull gave advised that for CE -12- 01020- $50.00 per day, $11,250 as of 8/8/13, CE -12 -01020 <br />$25.00 per day, $475 plus 135.00 for City abatement. It is believed that all owners of the property <br />are deceased. It appears there is not a mortgage on the property. The City wishes to foreclose, as the <br />home is in very poor condition and multiple neighbors have come in and call about this property. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to recommend the above cases be referred to the City Attorney to <br />pursue foreclosure. Mr. Lutz seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING <br />Mr. Lutz moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 pm. Ms. Boldt seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />
