CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING APRIL 11, 2013 Abandoned / neglected real property registration, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) • CE -13 -00086 1706 Holliday Dr Mr. Hull, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. There was no one present to speak for this case. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 04/25/2013. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
