CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING APRIL 11, 2013 MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's prior order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in this case failed to correct the violations by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fine will be imposed as set forth in those Orders and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. REQUEST TO VACATE ORDER Abandoned / neglected real property registration, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) ® CE -13 -00078 2684 Granada Run ^ Mr. Hull, Code Compliance Officer, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the City requests the previous finding of fact be vacated for the above case. The order to vacate is due the there already being a case with fines running for the same violation. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to vacate the order previously initiated on March 14, 2013. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. NEW CASES -IN COMPLIANCE Carport, porch or patio storage, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 6 ® CE -13 -00108 11 Jackson Ct Mr. Hull, Code Compliance Officer, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the City requests a standing order be placed on this case.
