CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />APRIL 11, 2013 <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's <br />prior order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Smith seconded the <br />motion. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer <br />to verify compliance. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />REQUEST TO VACATE ORDER <br />Abandoned / neglected real property registration, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE -13 -00078 2684 Granada Run ^ <br />Mr. Hull, Code Compliance Officer, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the City requests the <br />previous finding of fact be vacated for the above case. The order to vacate is due the there already <br />being a case with fines running for the same violation. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to vacate the order previously initiated on March 14, 2013. Mr. <br />Herron seconded the motion.
