CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />MARCH 14, 2013 <br />Ms. Smith, Interim Community Development Director, gave testimony for the above case. Ms. <br />Smith asked if there anyone present to speak for this case. A representative was present for this case. <br />Damian Haberjan, 11125 Cypress Leaf Drive; Orlando, FL advised that the title company made a <br />mistake on the title and listed the Casselwood St address as the primary address. This was purchased <br />as a rental property and the tenant did not notify him of the violation since she was moving. <br />MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will <br />be reduced in this case from $2,850 to $1,425, to be paid within 60 days of the commission's order <br />or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this reduction is, address differences. <br />Mr. Lutz seconded the motion. Mr. Herron seconded the <br />motion. Ms. <br />Smith asked if there anyone present to speak for this case. <br />Zorica Radulovic, 7343 Harlie St; Orlando, FL 32819, was present at this meeting representing the <br />property manager. When this violation was issued the manager was out of the country from October <br />10 -25, 2012. On October 26, 2012 when he saw the violation he contacted the tenant and former <br />Code Officer Leonard to let him know the violation had been taken care of on October 25, 2012. Ms. <br />Radulovic was asking for a reduction of this fine. <br />Mr. Lee the current tenant of this property advised he took possession of the property on October 18, <br />2012 and the violation was on October 19, 2012. <br />4 1 P a g e - __ <br />
