D. Piggyback of the University of South Florida Contract #ITN- 9 -13 -G with Ricoh Business Solutions for Printing and Copy Equipment and Maintenance Introduction: This item provides for consideration to piggyback the University of South Florida's Contract #ITN- 9 -13 -G with Ricoh Business Solutions (Ricoh) for a lease agreement for the replacement of the City's current printing and copy equipment, including associated maintenance support. Budget Impact: The impact to the budget is a City -wide savings of approximately $5,193.24 annually. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval to piggyback the University of South Florida Contract #ITN- 9 -13 -G with Ricoh Business Solutions. E. Piggyback of City of Orlando Continuing Professional Services Contract #13 -0208 with Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation for Continuing Surveying and Mapping Services Introduction: This item provides for consideration to piggyback the City of Orlando's Continuing Professional Services Contract 413-0208 with Southeastern Surveying and Mapping at an hourly rate as listed in the City of Orlando contract. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Interim Community Development Director recommended approval to piggyback the City of Orlando Contract #13 -0208 with Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation. F. Application for Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance Countywide Grant FY 13/14 Introduction: This item provides for consideration to participate in a grant application through Seminole County for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funds in the amount of $133,851 for designated use by governmental agencies within Seminole County, including $14,872 by the City of Casselberry for the purchase of in -car video systems.
