Resolution 13 -2488 - Supplemental Agreement No. 9 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Agreement Term Period Extension "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITYOF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 9 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEME NT FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL WATER AND SEWER UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR AGREEMENT TERM PERIOD EXTENSION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2488 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 9 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Services between the City of Casselberry and Reiss Engineering, Inc. for an agreement term period extension through November 10, 2013. Budget Impact: There is no budget impact. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2488. E. Resolution 13 -2489 — FY 2013 Second Quarter Budget Amendments Report "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2012 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2013; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2489 approves revisions and amendments to the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry as approved in Resolution 12 -2419 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2012. Budget Impact: The second quarter Budget Amendment report details changes to the FYI Adopted Budget as a result of Budget Amendments approved by the City Commission at various meetings during the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2013. These changes are presented in the "Second Quarter Budget Amendments" report and reflect changes in individual fiends. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 13- 2489. F. Resolution 13 -2491 — Local Agency Program greement for Casselberry GreenwU Trail Section 3 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLRRIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FUNDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL SECTION 3; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
