CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 11, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 19 <br />1, 111111 N By i , <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 7:05 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />Vice Mayor Solomon gave the invocation. <br />Vice Mayor Solomon led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of February 25, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Solomon moved to approve the minutes of the February 25, 2013 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4 — 0. <br />A. Oxford Road Complete Street /Context Sensitive Improvements <br />Dr. Kelly Brock, Assistant Public Works Director /City Engineer, gave a presentation on the Oxford Road <br />Complete Street /Context Sensitive Improvements. He gave an overview of terminology related to these types <br />of projects and explained that the Oxford Area project would consist of the following three components: 1) <br />South Triplet Lake Drive roughly from Southcot Drive to Queens Mirror Circle; 2) Oxford Road from Carriage <br />Hill to Kenwick Circle; and 3) Complete /context sensitive improvements from Kenwick Circle to SR 436. Dr. <br />Brock explained in further detail some of the improvements that were planned for each component. He <br />explained that the approval being requested in tonight's Consent Agenda was for design services for all three <br />components, as well as some post- design work. He added that although there is not currently funding for the <br />third component, there would be a cost savings in having the design services done with the first two <br />
