�In FYI] 111111]0ffc�►.�Y�y�, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, Florida (the "City ") has successfully administered <br />a Service Assessment to fund the Street Lighting for the current fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is considering the reinstatement of the Street Lighting Assessment <br />for the fiscal year 2013 -2014; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Master Capital Project and Service Assessment Ordinance (Ordinance No. 09- 1301), the <br />Initial Assessment Resolution (Resolution No. 09- 2062), the Final Assessement Resolution <br />(Resolution No. 09- 2078), sections 166.021 and 166.041, Florida Statutes, and other applicable <br />provisions of law. <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS. This resolution initiates the annual <br />process for updating the Assessment Roll and directs the reimposition of Street Lighting <br />Assessments for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2013 (hereinafter the 'Preliminary Rate <br />Resolution ").
