Special Invoice Report <br />Introduction: The Special Invoice Report policy was adopted by the Commission to streamline the financial <br />process for approval of certain invoices, awards of bids, initial contracts and change orders on a project in <br />excess of 5% of the total project. The following item has been reviewed by the affected departments and is <br />being presented for approval: <br />Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. <br />• City Attorney Services for July 2013 <br />Invoice #57312 $22,559.93 <br />White & Smith, LLC <br />• Impact Fee Credits Review <br />Invoice #1979 $ 262.50 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney invoice are available in FY 2013 Budget Account No. 001 -0140- <br />514.31 -01. Funds for the White & Smith invoice are available in FY 2013 Budget Account No. 001 -0210- <br />515.31-00 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 13 -2519 — Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, <br />for Continuing Consulting Utilities Engineering Services <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISS ION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STANDARD CONSULTANT <br />AGREEMENT WITH REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR CONTINUING UTILITIES <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2519 approves the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. <br />to provide the City with continuing consulting utilities engineering services, and authorizes the Mayor to <br />execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13 -2519. <br />
