All were present. <br />Mayor Glancy recognized a Boy Scout who was in attendance working towards his Citizenship Merit Badge. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of July 22, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />B. Minutes of July 9, 2013 — Budget Workshop <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve the minutes of the July 22, 2013 <br />Regular Meeting and the July 9, 2013 Budget Workshop, as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5 — 0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Presentation: Recognition Award to Altria for the Beautification Project at Secret <br />Lake Park <br />Mayor Glancy presented a plaque to Mr. Jason Loriano, Orlando District Manager, and Mr. Alexander Moore, <br />Territory Sales Manager for the Altria Group, in recognition ofAltria's participation as a corporate sponsor and <br />the outstanding volunteer efforts which they provided for the Beautification Project at Secret Lake Park. <br />B. Presentation: Oxford Road and S. Triplet Lake Drive Complete Street Improvements <br />Design Update <br />Assistant Public Works Director /City Engineer Kelly Brock gave a PowerPoint presentation updating the <br />Commission on the status of the Oxford Road and South Triplet Lake Drive Complete Street Improvements <br />Project, which included the following components: <br />1. South Triplet Lake Drive Structural Improvements (Southcot Drive to Queens Mirror Circle); <br />2. Oxford Road Phase I (Carriage Hill Drive to Kenwick Circle) <br />3. Oxford Road Phase 2(Kenwick Circle to State Road 436) <br />Dr. Brock gave a brief history of the project and detailed the various improvements which were included in <br />each component of the proposed design. He stated the design phase was at 60% completion and staff was <br />looking to the Commission for input before finalization of the plans. He noted that funding was in place for <br />the first two components, but the third component was not yet funded with the exception of the small amount <br />
