Peddlers, Solicitors, Begging and Panhandling <br />Ordinance 13 -1396 provides for consideration on second reading to amend City Code, Chapter 26. Businesses; Article III. <br />Peddlers, Solicitors, Begging and Panhandling; Division 1 - Peddlers and Solicitors of Goods in Residential Areas. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS - None. <br />13.
