Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 13 -2526 - Acceptance of Sidewalk Easement from Hill /Gray Seven, L.L.C. Resolution 13 -2526 provides for consideration and acceptance of a permanent Sidewalk Easement from Hill /Gray Seven, L.L.C., for a public sidewalk along a portion of N. Oxford Road. B. Resolution 13 -2527- Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Standard Consulting Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Additional Design Services for the South Water Treatment Plant Granular Activated Carbon Treatment Addition Resolution 13 -2527 provides for consideration of Amendment No. I to Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Standard Consulting Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for additional design services for the South Water Treatment Plant Granular Activated Carbon Treatment Addition for an amount not to exceed $18,420. C. Budget Amendment #13 -065 - Emergency Pump Repair at the Frangipani Pump Station Budget Amendment #13 -065 provides for finding of the emergency repair and replacements of two pumps for the Frangipani pump station that were approved and presented on the Commission agenda for August 26, 2013. D. Budget Amendment #13 -066 - Purchase of Replacement Motors for High- Service Pumps Budget Amendment #13 -066 provides for consideration to allocate $11,989 for the purchase of two replacement high - service pump motors from Stewart's Electric Motor Works, Inc. E. Sole Source Purchase of a Submersible Pump from Xylem, Inc. and Related Budget Amendment #13 -070 This item requests consideration for the sole source purchase of a spare submersible pump from Xylem, Inc. in the amount of $14,898 for the Frangipani Pump Station and related Budget Amendment #13 -070. 8.
