CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JUNE 13, 2013 <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in case # 13 -00350 in violation of the City Code as <br />charged and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/27/2013. In the event <br />Respondents do not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each <br />day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the <br />Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. There was no one present to speak for this case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved to find Respondents in this case in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/27/2013. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Parkin utility trailer, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 <br />• CE -13 -00482 4 Heritage Cove Ct Repeat Violation <br />Officer Hull gave testimony for the above case and advised the Board that this is a repeat violation. <br />There was no one present to speak for this case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case was /were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondents for the same violation. The <br />Respondents brought the property into compliance on 05/22/2013. A fine in the amount of $50.00 is hereby <br />imposed for 1 (day) of repeat violation. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />NEW CASES - STANDING ORDER REQUEST <br />Overgrown, trash, debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -13 -00398 237 Bridle Path <br />Officer Hull advised the Board that this case had complied prior to this meeting date, and the City <br />requested a standing order for any future violations of the same code. <br />MOTION: Mr. Lutz moved to find Respondents in this case were in violation of City Code as charged and <br />failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that the <br />violation is now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the same code by Respondents within <br />FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to <br />$500.00 per day may be imposed.
