CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JUNE 13, 2013 Officer Hull advised that the above cases have not complied by the date of the Board's order and fines should be imposed. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in the above cases failed to correct the violations by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fines will be imposed as set forth in those Order's and will continue to run until the properties are brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CONTINUED CASE Outdoor sales, ULDR Section 3 -10.2 (5) ® CE -12 -02295 2730 S Highway 17/92 Officer Hull advised that the above case is in compliance and will would not be heard. No motion was made. CASES WITHDRAWN Overgrown, trash, debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 ® CE -13 -00282 1571 Carlisle Dr— In compliance /working; with owner General maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 ® CE -13 -00404 823 Osceola Trl — Ownership change Officer Hull advised that the above cases have been withdrawn and would not be heard due to the reasons listed above. NEW CASES Vacant buildings, Florida Building Code 103.5.2 ® CE -13 -00148 801 Caloosa Trl Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3 -10 ® CE -13 -00350 801 Caloosa Trl Officer Hull gave testimony for the above cases. There was no one present to speak for these cases. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondents in case # 13 -00148 in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/27/2013. In the event Respondents do not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are fiirther ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 2 1 P a g e
