CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JULY 11, 2013 <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — NON - COMPLIANT <br />Vacant buildings, Florida Building Code 103.5.2 <br />® CE -13 -00148 801 Caloosa Trl <br />Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3 -10 <br />® CE -13 -00350 801 Caloosa Trl <br />Abandoned /neglected real property, Article VI Chapter 58 Section 6(a) <br />® CE -13 -00366 6 Hitching Post Ln <br />Officer Hull advised that the above cases have not complied by the date of the Board's order and <br />fines should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in the above cases failed to correct the violations <br />by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fines will be imposed as set forth <br />in those Order's and will continue to run until the properties are brought into compliance and an affidavit <br />of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />CASE WITHDRAWN <br />General maintenance ULDR Section 3-10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01850 300 Secret Way Cir — Property owner actively working on correction <br />General maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -02252 181 Triplet Lake Dr -In compliance no standing order at this time <br />Parking utility trailers, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 <br />® CE -13 -00294 211 Wilshire Dr -In compliance no standing order at this time <br />Outdoor /open air storage, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 .C.5. <br />® CE -13 -00472 1463 SR 436 -In compliance no standing order at this time <br />Officer Hull advised that the above cases have been withdrawn and would not be heard due to the <br />reasons listed above. <br />NEW CASES <br />Minimum requirements for electrical systems, City Code Section 1 -4.1 <br />® CE -13 -00471 13 Bayberry Branch <br />Officer Hull gave testimony for the above cases. There was no one present to speak for these cases. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 07/25/2013. In the event Respondents do <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />
