CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JULY 11, 2013 SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — NON - COMPLIANT Vacant buildings, Florida Building Code 103.5.2 ® CE -13 -00148 801 Caloosa Trl Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3 -10 ® CE -13 -00350 801 Caloosa Trl Abandoned /neglected real property, Article VI Chapter 58 Section 6(a) ® CE -13 -00366 6 Hitching Post Ln Officer Hull advised that the above cases have not complied by the date of the Board's order and fines should be imposed. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in the above cases failed to correct the violations by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fines will be imposed as set forth in those Order's and will continue to run until the properties are brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CASE WITHDRAWN General maintenance ULDR Section 3-10.3 ® CE -12 -01850 300 Secret Way Cir — Property owner actively working on correction General maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 ® CE -12 -02252 181 Triplet Lake Dr -In compliance no standing order at this time Parking utility trailers, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 ® CE -13 -00294 211 Wilshire Dr -In compliance no standing order at this time Outdoor /open air storage, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 .C.5. ® CE -13 -00472 1463 SR 436 -In compliance no standing order at this time Officer Hull advised that the above cases have been withdrawn and would not be heard due to the reasons listed above. NEW CASES Minimum requirements for electrical systems, City Code Section 1 -4.1 ® CE -13 -00471 13 Bayberry Branch Officer Hull gave testimony for the above cases. There was no one present to speak for these cases. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 07/25/2013. In the event Respondents do not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
