Code Enforcement Lien Waiver Request - 370 Piney Ridge Road, Case #CE -09 -01279 <br />This item provides for consideration to waive the $750 balance of a code enforcement lien (original lien amount $2,500) <br />on the property located at 370 Piney Ridge Road for case number CE -09- 01279. <br />B. City Codes Related to Outdoor Displays <br />This item provides for consideration of the various City Codes related to outdoor displays. <br />13.
