Resolution 13 -2521 - Standard Consultant Agreement with ARCADIS U.S., Inc. for <br />Continuing Utilities Engineering Services <br />Resolution 13 -2521 provides for consideration of a Standard Consultant Agreement with ARCADIS U.S., Inc. to provide <br />the City with continuing consulting utilities engineering services. <br />E. Resolution 13 -2522 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Design Services for Reclaimed Water Future Demand <br />Modeling <br />Resolution 13 -2522 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for design services for reclaimed water future demand modeling for an amount not to exceed <br />$17,390 without prior authorization. <br />F. Resolution 13 -2524 - Supplemental Amendment Number 1 to the Agreement with the Florida <br />Department of Transportation for Irrigation Maintenance and Upgraded Landscaping <br />Improvements for the U.S. Highway 17 -92 and State Road 436 Interchange Project and <br />Related Budget Amendment #13 -068 <br />Resolution 13 -2524 and related Budget Amendment 413 -068 provide for consideration of Supplemental Amendment <br />Number 1 to the Florida Department of Transportation Locally Funded Agreement in an amount not to exceed $73,323 <br />without prior approval for irrigation maintenance and upgraded landscaping improvements associated with the U.S. <br />Highway 17 -92 and SR 436 Interchange Project. <br />G. Resolution 13 -2525 - Supplemental Amendment Number 1 to the Agreement with the Florida <br />Department of Transportation for Decorative Mast Arm Signalization Improvements for the <br />U.S. Highway 17 -92 and State Road 436 Interchange Project and Related Budget Amendment <br />#13 -069 <br />Resolution 13 -2525 and related Budget Amendment #13 -069 provide for consideration of Supplemental Amendment <br />Number 1 to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Locally Funded Agreement associated with upgrades to <br />decorative mast arm signalization at two intersections within the U.S. Highway 17 -92 and SR 436 Interchange Project for <br />a refund amount of $28,650. <br />H. Sole Source Purchase of Motorola Radios <br />This item provides for the sole source purchase of nine (9) replacement Motorola radios in the amount of $25,549 for the <br />Public Works Department in connection with Seminole County's upgrade from analog to digital radios. <br />I. Purchase of a Double - walled Tank for Temporary Storage of Used Oil and Related Budget <br />Amendment #13 -064 <br />This item provides for consideration to purchase a double - walled tank fiom Don Wood, Inc. in the amount of $1,468.43 <br />for temporary storage of used oil. Budget Amendment # 13 -064 is necessary to re- appropriate the necessary funding to the <br />proper capital account. <br />J. Piggyback of Sarasota County Government Bid #111491TM with Carus Corporation for <br />Corrosion Inhibitor Chemicals (Ortho- Polyphosphate) <br />This item provides for consideration to piggyback the Sarasota County Government Invitation for Bid #111491TM with <br />Carus Corporation for purchase of corrosion inhibitor chemicals (Ortho- Polyphosphate) in the amount of $22,000. <br />8.
