taxes , superior in dignity to all other liens , titles , and olairris , until paid or <br />extinguish Upon petition to the circuit court, the order may be enforced in <br />the same manner as a court judgment by the sheriffs of this state, including <br />levy against the personal property, but such order shall not be deemed to be <br />a court judgment except for enforcement purposes. A fine imposed pursuant <br />to this Section shall continue to accrue until the violator comes into <br />compliance or until judgment is rendered pursuant to this Section, whichever <br />occurs first. A lien arising from a fine imposed pursuant to this Section runs <br />in favor of the City council and the City may execute a satisfaction or release <br />of lien entered pursuant to this Section. <br />SECTION 2. Section 2 -234, Priority of Liens, of Chapter 2, Administration, is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />Sec. 2 -234. — Foreclosure Prioirity of Liens. <br />Liens created by the City of Casselberry and recorded in the Public Records <br />of Seminole County shall -remain liens ooeq al with the liens of all state-, <br />eeunty, distriGt, and munleipal taxes, superior in dd % gnity to all other liens, tot! <br />and olairris, unto! paid, aPA-may be foreclosed pursuant to the procedures set <br />forth in F.S. Chapter 173. <br />SECTION 3. Section 58 -162, Public Nuisance, of Chapter 58, Offenses, Public <br />Nuisances, and Miscellaneous Provisions, is hereby amended as follows: <br />Sec. 58.162. — Public Nuisance. <br />(E) Collection of costs expenses and penalties; liens and special <br />non -ad valorem assessments upon remedied property. <br />4. Such lien or special non -ad valorem assessment shall be <br />enforceable in the same manner as a judgment or tax lien in favor of the City <br />of Casselberry , and shall oonstit„te a first priority assessment lien against <br />the 'a feGted- p'ropert�TC , sup•e'rior to all liens eRGeptfor -any x <br />tT <br />for lien <br />�, - r a, <br />���- and <br />may be satisfied at any time by payment thereof including, but not limited to, <br />any and all accrued interest. Notice of such lien shall be filed by the City in <br />the public records (land records) of Seminole County, Florida. <br />SECTION 4 - CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br />become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida; <br />that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re- lettered to accomplish such <br />
