7. Public Hearings. In keeping with Section 166.041(3)(a) of the Florida Statutes regarding <br />due process, the Second Readings of all proposed Ordinances shall be held during the <br />Public Hearing segment of the agenda. The Commission will accept public input on the <br />individual items appearing on the agenda as each item is addressed by the Commission. <br />Public Hearings occur when the law (Federal, State, or Local) requires the Commission to <br />receive public input prior to making a decision.
