Resolution 13 -2495 — State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation <br />Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STATE HIGHWAY LIGHTING, <br />MAINTENANCE, AND COMPENSATION AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) FOR THE LIGHTING MAINTENANCE FOR US HIGHWAY 17- <br />92 AND SR 436; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2495 approves the State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation <br />Agreement Work Order for FY 2013/2014 for maintenance of street lights on U.S. Highway 17 -92 and S.R. <br />436 submitted by the FDOT for an amount of $49,630.00, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document <br />on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Anticipated revenue for this reimbursement will be included in the FY 2014 budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13 -2495. <br />C. Resolution 13 -2498 — Legacy Park Residential Phase III — Final Replat (SP 12 -04) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING THE FINAL RE PLAT FOR LEGACY PARK PHASE III; ACCEPTING <br />DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2498 approves the final replat (SP 12 -04) for property located within Tract G of <br />the Legacy Park Planned Development to create a 50 lot major residential subdivision for Legacy Park Phase <br />III. <br />Discussion: The subject property is a total of 11.53 acres and is located within the Seminola Boulevard <br />Overlay District (SBOD). The majority of the lots are 40' in width at the front property line but are up to a <br />maximum width of approximately 90 feet. These lot sizes are in conformance with the recent update to ULDR <br />2 -7.26, size and dimension requirements, for the Garden Home single family residential units. The <br />configuration of the lots and design of the internal roadway meet the design requirements. <br />
