Resolution 13 -2494 — Seminole County Damp Provider Agreement "A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND SEMINOLE COUNTY FOR THE RECEIPT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT GRANT FUNDING FOR DAY CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2494 agrees to the terms and approves the Day Camp Provider Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole County for receipt of up to $10,000 in Community Services Block Grant funding as Day Camp Scholarships for the Casselberly Day Camp Program. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2494. This item was amended as noted in the City Manager's comments at the beginning of the Consent Agenda. F. Resolution 13 -2496 —Amending the Code of Parliamentary Procedures and Granting the City Manager the Authority to Modify the City Commission Agenda Format "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURES; GRANTING THE CITY MANAGER THE AUTHORITY TO MODIFY THE CITY COMMISSION AGENDA FORMAT; REPEALING RESOLUTION 06 -1703; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 13 -2496 amends the Code of Parliamentary Procedure, grants the City Manager the authority to modify the City Commission Agenda format as business needs and circumstances change, and repeals Resolution 06 -1703 in its entirety. Budget Impact: This item has no impact on the City's budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Clerk recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2496. G. Resolution 13 -2497 — Amending the City Commission Agenda & Agenda Policies "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY COMMISSION MEETING & AGENDA POLICIES; REPEALING RESOLUTION 09 -2102; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
