SCHEDULE "A' <br />DESCRIPTION by this Surveyor: <br />A portion of a parcel of land as described in Official Records Book 618, Pages 664 -669, as <br />recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, all lying in Section 21, Township 21 <br />South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Metro Life Church, A Replat of Lots 1 and 2 Keyes <br />Casselberry Professional Park, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 69 and 70, all lying in <br />Section 21, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida; thence 589'30'54 "W, <br />a distance of 24.00 feet along the North boundary jine of said Lot 1; thence departing said <br />North boundary line, N44'33'10 "E, a distance of 5.62 feet; thence N00'48'49 "W, o distance of <br />226.00 feet parallel with and 20.00 feet West of the East line of a parcel of fond as <br />described in Official Records Book 618, Pages 664 --669, as recorded in the Public Records of <br />Seminole County, Florida; thence departing said parallel line, N17'38'34 "E, a distance of 44.22 <br />feet; thence N89'31'14 "E a distance of 6.00 feet to a point on aforementioned East line, <br />thence 500'48'49 "E a distance of 272.00 feet along said East line to the Point of'Beginning. <br />Containing 5154 Square feet, more or less. <br />SURVEYORS NOTES <br />1.
