ORDINANCE 101342 <br />WHEREAS, parking business related vehicles in residential districts detracts from the <br />residential character of the City's neighborhoods; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission understands that residents using business related <br />vehicles which may include attachments and accessories are sometimes necessary for the <br />economic well -being of residents or to ensure quicker response to emergency situations; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes that business related vehicles, when parked <br />in a residential district, should be parked to protect the appearance of, and protect the value of, the <br />residential districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission has adopted Ordinance 10 -1314 that provides for an <br />eight foot high fence to screen both business related vehicles and recreational equipment and <br />hereby finds that minimizing the visual impact of various vehicles and is necessary to preserve the <br />residential character, integrity, and unique aesthetic qualities of neighborhoods within the City of <br />Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, neighborhood aesthetics are an integral part of maintaining property values <br />and are relevant zoning considerations.
