This instrument prepared by: Community Development Department City of Casselberry 95 Triplet Lake Drive Casselberry, Florida 32707 ORDINANCE 10 -1326 WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundary of the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission /Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the City of Casselberry Future Land Use Map designations of the property hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and /or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Future Land Use Map designation were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has held a public hearing to consider the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and has determined that the Future Land Use Map designation of said property provided in Section I, herein, shall be established as specified as that designation is defined in Future Land Use Element Objective FLU 1, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, such amendments are permitted, subject to the provisions of Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes and Rule 9J -11 of the Florida Administrative Code, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELEERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66 -29 of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended to include property as Public Service, for the parcel of land located near Cypress Way, as follows: Parcel ID #: A portion of 07- 21 -30- 514 - 0000 -0070 Legal Description: That part of Lot 7 & Lot 8, Plan of Division of Lots by Mrs. A,E, Griffin, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 43, lying in Section 08, Township 21 South, Range 30 East in Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
