ORDINANCE 11.1361 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry adopted Ordinance 99 -931 on March 1, 1999 to provide <br />Temporary Sign Regulations for business properties during road construction projects; and <br />WHEREAS, impending construction projects along SR 436 and US HWY 17 -92 may be detrimental <br />to businesses and future road projects may be detrimental to Seminola Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry finds it necessary to provide more <br />flexibility for temporary signs to help prevent the loss of customers for businesses along roadways affected by <br />such construction; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry finds that additional temporary sign <br />allowances for businesses within multi- tenant buildings affected by major construction projects is not <br />detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined tvae shall constitute additions to the original text and st&a <br />through shall constitute deletions to the original text. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 3 -16.4, On- premises temporary sign regulations, Part III Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Chapter III Performance Criteria, Article XVI Signs, of the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida shall be amended as follows; <br />B.
