Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the designation of <br />approximately 80.1 acres of the property. Said property being more specifically described as <br />follows: <br />FLU <br />A copy of the amendments to the Future Land Use Map is attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit A and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 4. Transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs. The City Manager or <br />her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Map Amendments to the <br />Department of Community Affairs, in accordance with Section 163.3184 (3), Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 6. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional <br />by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br />provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or application <br />hereof, to the maximum extent allowed by law. <br />SECTION 7. EFFECTIVE DATE.
