Mr. Aramendia made a motion to continue LPA 11- 13 to the November 9, 2011 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr, Meadows seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Seventh Item of Business: LPA 11 -21: Seminola Annexation FLUM. Amendment to the Future Land Use Map for seventeen 17) properties recently annexed into the City near the intersection of Seminola Boulevard and US Highway 17.92. Text amendments to the Comprehensive Plan related to the Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use Future Land Use District, Recreation and Open Space Element and recommendations from the Seminole County CRA Master Plan. Ms. Sandra Smith, Development Services Manager, stated this item is being withdrawn from the agenda. Ninth Item of Business: ZB 11.04: Seminola Annexation Rezoning. Amendment to the Official Zoning Map for seventeen (17) properties recently annexed into the City near the intersection of Seminola Boulevard and US Highway 17 -92.
