Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />September 14, 2011 <br />Page 8 <br />Tenth Item of Business: LPA 1114: Brittany Gardens. Amending the Brittany Garden Developer's agreement <br />as referenced in the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Chapter Il, District and General Regulations, Article V, Zoning District Regulations. <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Raasch requested this item be continued to the October 12, 2011 Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 11 -14. Mr, Aramendia made a motion to continue LPA 11- <br />14 to the October 12, 2011 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion.
