Mr. Wadley made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval to the City Commission of the application SPR 12 -16, Legacy Park Phase III, within Tract G of the Legacy Park Planned Development. He said this recommendation is based on the site plan dated September 19, 2012, including landscaping and signage plans. He said this recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated October 10, 2012, and subject to the 9 conditions included in the staff report. Eleventh Item of Business: SP 12 -04: Pulte Group - Centex Homes Legacy III. Replat of Tract G, Legacy Park Planned Development, Seminola Boulevard Overlay District, Casselberry, Florida. Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated October 10, 2012, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Ms. Regan provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Regan requested the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval to the City Commission of SP 12 -04, Legacy Park Residential Phase III replat, for the property located in Tract G, Legacy Park Planned Development, Seminola Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida. She said the recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions, the replat dated September 5, 2012, the information provided in the staff report dated October 10, 2012, and subject to the following conditions: 1. The preliminary replat shall be revised prior to City Commission review to reflect changes that are required by the City Attorney, City Surveyor, City Engineer and staff. 2. The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to referral of the final plat to the City Commission, 3. The final plat shall be submitted in the following form prior to review by the City Commission: (1) electronic PDF copy and (2) 20" x 24" copies. 4. The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. The applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees.
