Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />October 10, 2012 <br />Page 9 <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address SPR 12 -16. Mr. Wadley made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval to the City Commission of the application SPR 12 -16, Legacy Park Phase <br />III, within Tract G of the Legacy Park Planned Development. He said this recommendation is based on the site plan <br />dated September 19, 2012, including landscaping and signage plans. He said this recommendation is based on the <br />findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated October 10, 2012, and subject to <br />the 9 conditions included in the staff report. Replat of Tract G, Legacy Park <br />Planned Development, Seminola Boulevard Overlay District, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated October 10, <br />2012, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Ms. Regan provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). <br />Ms. Regan requested the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval to the City Commission <br />of SP 12 -04, Legacy Park Residential Phase III replat, for the property located in Tract G, Legacy Park Planned <br />Development, Seminola Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida. She said the recommendation is based on the findings of <br />fact and conclusions, the replat dated September 5, 2012, the information provided in the staff report dated October <br />10, 2012, and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The preliminary replat shall be revised prior to City Commission review to reflect changes that are <br />required by the City Attorney, City Surveyor, City Engineer and staff. <br />2. The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to referral of the final plat to the City <br />Commission, <br />3. The final plat shall be submitted in the following form prior to review by the City Commission: (1) <br />electronic PDF copy and (2) 20" x 24" copies. <br />4. The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. The <br />applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees. <br />
