Mr. Sorensen provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the <br />minutes). Mr. Sorensen said Staff recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. All remaining and subsequent City Engineer, City Attorney and City Surveyor comments will be addressed <br />before City Commission approval. <br />2. The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to referral of the final plat to the City Commission. <br />3. The final plat shall be submitted in the following form prior to review by the City Commission: (1) electronic <br />PDF copy and (2) 20" x 24" copies. <br />4. The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. The <br />applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees. <br />5. After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide one (1) mylar of the recorded plat executed by <br />the owner, surveyor and City Surveyor, and any other information requested as part of compliance to F.S. <br />Chapter 177. <br />Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to come forward. The applicant was not present at the meeting. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for final comments from staff, There were no final comments. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address SP 12 -03, Mr. Wadley made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval to the City Commission for SP 12 -03 for the Wawa preliminary re -plat of <br />the property located at the northeast intersection of South US Highway 17 -92 and Seminola Boulevard and the <br />recommendation is based upon the re -plat dated August 3, 2012, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff <br />report dated September 12, 2012, including the five conditions of approval listed in the staff report, Mr. Weinroth <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: CU 12 -11 Hibachi. Conditional use request to sell beer and wine in a CG zoning <br />district. Property located at 3950 Highway 17 -92, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated March 23, 2011, <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department. Ms. Regan provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). <br />Ms. Regan said Staff recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the location of 3950 South US Highway 17 -92, Suite <br />1072. <br />2. All sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be on -site and indoors. <br />3. Sales of food and non - alcoholic beverages must be at least 51 % of sales. <br />
