Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />July 11, 2012 <br />Page 5 <br />There were no final comments from staff or the applicant. Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address CU <br />12 -08. Mr. Wadley made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 12 -08 to allow a veterinary <br />clinic without outside kennels and grooming school use within the CG zoning district at the property located at 497 <br />State Road 436 Suites 123, 135 & 177, based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated July <br />11, 2012, including the nine conditions of approval contained in the staff report, Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: Other Business. <br />There was no other business before the Commission. <br />Ninth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />;' <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Meadows adjourned the meeting at 7:06 <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission: `- 2-0 j <br />U <br />Jo xton, Secretary <br />
