The number of vehicles parked on -site shall not exceed the number of approved parking spaces. <br />2. There shall be no food vendor truck parking in front of the building along South US Highway 17 -92 or <br />Golden Days Drive. <br />3. A) Vending trucks /vehicles owned by other vendors shall not be parked on the premises. <br />B) Only vending trucks owned and operated by the licensed business on the site can be parked on the <br />property. <br />4. To ensure proper circulation, there shall be no vehicles parked on the southern end of the property. <br />5. Paint stripping shall be provided for the additional parking space as shown on the proposed site plan as <br />well as where needed to re- establish existing stripping. <br />6. On -site sales of food will require additional conditional use approval. <br />7. All signage requires additional permit approval and must comply with all City requirements. <br />8. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to come forward. The applicant was not present at tonight's meeting. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address CU 12 -06. Mr. Wadley made a motion to approve CU 12 -06 to <br />allow a wholesale bakery use within the CG zoning district at the property located at 80 Golden Days Drive, based on <br />the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated June 13, 2012 and eight conditions included in the staff <br />report, Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: SPR 12.07: Summit Tree Reduction. Request to reduce the required replacement <br />amount for a removed tree at the Summit Village condominiums. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planning Technician, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated <br />June 13, 2012, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br />Development Department). Mr. Sorensen provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part <br />of the minutes). <br />Mr. Sorensen reviewed the following findings: <br />1, The tree is diseased and dying of natural causes. <br />2. Replacement of the tree as required by Section 3 -14.8 of the City of Casselberry Unified Land <br />Development Regulations equates to 59" DBH, or a contribution to the City's Tree Bank Fund in the <br />amount of $5,192. <br />3. The applicant has requested a tree replacement reduction from 59" dbh to 15" dbh. <br />
