There shall be no outdoor storage, display or sidewalk advertising related to the educational institution. <br />7. The conditional use shall commence within 120 days of the approval. <br />8. The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days. <br />9. All signage requires permit approval and must comply with all City requirements. <br />10. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the required distance separation between schools and bars and <br />Green Parrot becoming a non - conforming use due to the school locating in the shopping center. <br />Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Vanesa Ewbank, 5864 Pine Grove Road, Oviedo, <br />Florida came forward. Mr. Ewbank said she is trying to open an affordable private school for grades 3 - 8. She said <br />she has looked for a facility that could accommodate her school in the Casselberry area. Ms. Ewbank said she <br />needs to have the school opened by August. <br />A discussion ensued regarding the school being located in the same shopping center as the Green Parrot. In <br />response to the Commission question, Ms. Ewbank said that the school would be opened from 8:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the student capacity for the school, possible expansion of the school, the <br />uniqueness of the school's teaching program, the proposed opening date of the school and physical fitness activities <br />for the students. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. Ms. Melissa Goebelbecker, 327 Seminola Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida came forward to speak in <br />favor of the request. Ms. Goebelbecker said that her son has been a student of Ms. Ewbank for the last two years. <br />She said she is very impressed with Ms. Ewbank's creative teaching ability. Ms. Goebelbecker said Ms. Ewbank is <br />actively involved with her students outside the classroom. She said she was concerned with the bar located in the <br />same shopping center as the school but felt there wasn't much activity at the bar during the day and the students <br />would be in the classroom. <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Casselberry felt <br />that the shopping center would be a prime location for a restaurant after the completion of the flyover project. Mr. <br />
