Amendment to ULDR Section 2 -7.6, Seminola Boulevard Overlay District (SBOD) Design <br />Guidelines to provide a new housing type, Garden Homes, within the SBOD. <br />Seventh Item of Business: SPR 11 :21: Legacy Park Planned Development Amendment. Amendment of the <br />designated use in Tract G of the adopted Legacy Park Planned Development within the Seminola Boulevard <br />Overlay District. <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Development Services Manager, distributed a letter from the applicant requesting a <br />continuance to the May 9, 2012 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting (a copy is attached and made a part of <br />the minutes), <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address LPA 11 -25. Mr. Wadley made a motion to continue LPA 11 -25. <br />Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Mr. Wadley amended his motion to <br />continue LPA 11 -25 to the May 9, 2012 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Hale seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address SPR 11 -21. Mr. Wadley made a motion to continue SPR 11 -21 <br />to the May 9, 2012 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: SP 11.02: Target Outparcel Plat. Replat of the Target Outparcels. <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Development Services Manager, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum <br />dated April 11, 2012, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br />Development Department). Ms. Smith explained that this is an application to plat four parcels owned by the City of <br />Casselberry's Community Redevelopment Agency into one parcel. Ms. Smith stated that the City has a pending <br />sales contract on the property. Ms. Smith said staff recommends approval of SP 11 -02. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address SP 11 -02. Mr. Wadley made a motion to provide a favorable <br />recommendation to the City Commission for SP 11 -02 for the Target Outparcel Replat based on staffs <br />recommendation, findings of fact and conclusions of law and the staff report dated April 11, 2012 including the two <br />conditions of approval. Mr, Lutz seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />
