The site plan is valid for one year, Failure to obtain a building permit within one year will result in the expiration <br />of the site plan approval. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the use of a stucco material for the building, the dumpster enclosure material, <br />outside storage of vehicles, the metal /architectural wall panels and tree requirements. Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to <br />come forward. Ms. Sherri Fragomeni, Fragomeni Engineering, 4985 Hoffman Avenue, Orlando, Florida came forward. In <br />response to the Commission's question, Ms. Fragomeni said that the first ten feet of the building will be stucco. In response to <br />the Commission's question regarding the use of architectural wall panels with concealed fasteners, Ms. Fragomeni said that <br />she would pass that information to the architect. She said she is the civil engineer and she did not design the building. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address SPR 12 -20. Mr. Wadley made a motion that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission's approve SPR 12 -20, site plan for Ivetic Truck Company at 1060 Belle Avenue, based on <br />the information provided in the staff report dated April 10, 2013, the attached site plan dated March 5, 2013, the attached <br />building elevations, the 7 conditions of approval outlined in the staff report and the addition of the following conditions: <br />1, Condition number 4 was modified to read: "The dumpster shall be screened according to the requirements of the <br />City's ULDR, Section 3- 10.2(3) including a 6 foot high wall and a solid gate and the dumpster enclosure is <br />required to use stucco material to match the stucco on the building. <br />2. The metal panels on the building must be architectural panels with concealed fasteners. <br />Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: SPR 13.02: A Auto Tree Waiver Request. Tree replacement waiver request and replacement <br />reduction request for the property located at 4630 S. US Highway 17 -92. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated April 10, 2013, to the <br />City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department), Mr. <br />Sorensen presented a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Sorensen made a <br />correction to his PowerPoint presentation stating that 19" DBH is being removed and not 21 ". <br />Mr. Sorensen said staff does not support a complete waiver. He said staff recommends replacement of the <br />equivalent of 34 plant units which results in the planting on -site of 4 trees with a 2.5" DBH or a Tree Bank contribution at a cost <br />
