The dock shall not be enlarged or enhanced <br />in any way without additional conditional use approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />2. The construction and maintenance of the dock shall be in accordance with the requirements of all applicable <br />state agencies, the City Engineer's original conditions of approval, and the City's ULDR. <br />3. The applicant shall incorporate dock lighting into the plans prior to submitting for a building permit. This lighting <br />shall illuminate the entire length of the dock as required by Section 94 -6. <br />4. A building permit for the dock shall be obtained by May 1, 2014 and a final inspection shall be obtained within <br />120 days of the issuance of the building permit. <br />5. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null and void. <br />Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Jerry Doyle, 141 South Lake Triplet Drive, Casselberry, <br />Florida came forward. The Planning and Zoning Commission had no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address CU 13 -05. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 13 -05 to allow a private residential dock at 141 South Triplet Lake Drive based on the staff report <br />dated May 6, 2011, the site drawing ( "Exhibit B" of the May 6, 2011 staff report), the Planning and Zoning Commission's <br />findings of fact, and the 6 conditions outlined in the staff report. Mr. Wadley seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: SPR 12.20: Ivetic Trucking. Site plan review for a new 3,921 square foot office /garage <br />building. The property is located at 1060 Belle Avenue. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated April 10, 2013, to the <br />City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. <br />Sorensen presented a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Sorensen said staff <br />recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. All trees, including understory trees, shall be a minimum of 12' in height and 2,5" DBH and all Live Oak trees <br />shall be Highrise Live Oaks. The minimum sizes shall be reflected in the specification table when submitting for <br />the building permit. <br />2. Approval of the site modification request to ULDR Section 3 -13.6 to reduce the required non - vehicular open <br />space requirement from 20 trees to 13 trees. <br />3. An arborist letter will be submitted on the condition of the preserved trees and if they meet the requirements of <br />Section 3- 13.7(5) to obtain credit, If the trees do not meet the criteria, planting of the remaining required trees <br />shall be made or payment into the tree bank at $88 an inch, or $220 per tree, <br />4. The dumpster shall be screened according to the requirements of the City's ULDR, Section 3- 10.2(3) including a <br />6 foot high wall and a solid gate. <br />5. All Public Works issues must be addressed prior to issuance of a site construction permit. <br />
