community Redevelopment Agency <br />November 15, 2012 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Mr. Jones said if the CRA had not been active in the design of the intersection improvements the City would <br />not be in a position to negotiate with FDOT, <br />4200 Investments LLC incentive update <br />Mr. Dudgeon said that all the documentation has been executed for the loan for 4200 Investments LLC. He <br />said the property owner has not obtained building permits but staff expected that process to begin shortly. Mr. <br />Dudgeon said that staff has received a request to reiterate some economic impact values for Multi- Cultural Media <br />Solutions. He said when at full capacity the economic impact from job creation alone is expected to be approximately <br />$1 million. He noted that this does not include spending from the firm but income from jobs. He said that this was <br />done through input/output models and the use of economic multipliers. He said that staff wants to be accurate in <br />reporting this number so they are still engaged in the research regarding the spending of the firm to determine the full <br />economic impact, <br />Mr. Daigle notified the Board that he would not be available to serve on the CRA Board for approximately 6- <br />8 weeks beginning in January or February. <br />In response to the Board's question regarding the Chairman sending a letter to Mr. Martin for his service, <br />Mr. Daigle said he didn't feel that would be appropriate.
