C�I:�111 ZIT7N�X� I> �17��� <br />DECEMBER <br />® CE -12 -01816 181 Northmoor Rd <br />Ms. Smith, Interim Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that <br />the above cases were non - compliant by the date previously set and fines should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violation <br />by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fine will be imposed as set <br />forth in those Orders and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an <br />affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — IN- COMPLIANCE <br />Trash and debris, ULDR Section 3 -10 <br />® CE -12 -01864 211 Lake Griffin Cir <br />Overgrown •own property, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE42 -01876 628 Helm Way E <br />Overgrown property, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01896 3158 Greenwood St <br />Ms. Smith, Interim Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that <br />the above cases were in compliance by the date previously set and no fines should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's <br />prior order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Overgrown property, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -11 -00835 1441 Lake Shore Dr <br />Ms. Smith, Interim Community Development Director advised the Code Enforcement Board that there is a <br />request for a reduction for the above location. Ms. Smith advised that two of the registered owners are <br />deceased and the living property owner is no longer on site and has not been for several years. The <br />adjacent property owner, Ed Kiefer, is interested in purchasing the property from Mrs. Hartlief and is <br />asking for the liens to be reduced so they can work together so he can purchase the property from her. Ed <br />Kiefer, the neighbor and potential buyer, requested a full waiver of the lien from $11,239 ($11,150) to <br />zero. <br />Edmund E. Kiefer, Jr., 710 Crestview Dr., advised that the property owner had given him authorization to <br />speak on her behalf since she cannot get to the City. Mr. Kiefer stated he owned the property next -door <br />and would like to purchase it because it is not being maintained and the property is also in probate. <br />2 1 P a g e <br />
