MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondents correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 11/26/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per violation per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
