General maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />No physical address, City Code Section 68 -131 <br />® CE -12- 01784/12 -01785 500 Bridle Path <br />Luis Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondents correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 11/26/2012. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per violation per day will be imposed for each day <br />the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3 -10 <br />® CE -12 -01814 2014 Kewannee Trl <br />Justin Leonard, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 11/26/2012. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Designated parking, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 (A)(4) Repeat violation <br />® CE -12 -01836 201 Lincoln Rd <br />Justin Leonard, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in this case in repeat violation of City Code as charged <br />based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. A fine of <br />$50.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 09/19/2012 and shall continue until there is compliance. The <br />Respondent(s) is /are further ordered to Contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this <br />Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
