Ms. Smith, Acting Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the <br />above cases were in compliance by this meeting date. The City asks that Standing Orders be placed <br />on the cases. Ms. Smith asked if anyone was in the audience that wanted to speak to any of these <br />cases. There were parties present wishing to speak about their cases. The resident from 106 Mark <br />David Blvd was present to speak about his case. <br />Overgrown property, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01879 106 Mark David Blvd <br />Robert Catledge, 106 Mark David Blvd, Casselberry, asked the Code Enforcement Board not to <br />impose a standing order on this property based on the family medical issues and lack of notice. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find case # CE -12 -01879 in compliance and no fine will be imposed. <br />Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />The following motion is for all other new cases in compliance. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondents in these cases were in violation of City Code as <br />charged and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance <br />Officer; that the violation is now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the same code by <br />Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for <br />which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. <br />NEW CASES <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3- 10.3(B) <br />® CE -12 -01682 1207 Quintuplet Ct <br />Justin Leonard, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 11/26/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $ 25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Overgrown property, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01738 3019 Castlewood St N — Repeat violation <br />Justin Leonard, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. This property was in <br />violation for 57 days. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case was /were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 11/02/2012. A fine in the amount of $2,850.00 is <br />hereby imposed for 57 (days) of repeat violation. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
