Motion was seconded by Commissioner Miller. <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: Commission Hufford moved to amend the previous motion by removing <br />Items 8S and 8T from the Consent Agenda for separate consideration and <br />approving Items 8A-8R, as presented. Motion to amend was seconded by <br />Commissioner Miller. Legacy Park Residential Phase III – Site Plan (SPR 12-16) <br /> <br />Consideration to approve the site plan dated October 31, 2012 for application SPR 12-16 for the property located <br />with Tract G of the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District (SBOD) to create a major residential subdivision with <br />fifty (50) residential units for Legacy Park Phase III is requested. <br /> <br /> <br /> T. Legacy Park Residential Phase III – Preliminary Re-plat (SP 12-04) <br /> <br />Consideration to approve the preliminary re-plat (SP12-04) for property located within Tract G of the Seminola <br />Boulevard Overlay District (SBOD) to create a 50 lot major residential subdivision for Legacy Park Phase III is <br />requested. <br /> <br /> MOTION: Commission Miller moved to approve Items 8S and 8T, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br /> <br />A. Second Reading of Ordinance 12-1382 – Amending Sections of City Code, Chapter 86, <br />Utilities <br />Ordinance 12-1382 provides for the second and final reading of proposed utility rate modifications to the City <br />Code, Chapter 86, Utilities. A presentation regarding the study recently conducted on the City’s water, <br />wastewater and reclaimed water rates will also be given by Burton & Associates. <br /> <br /> MOTION: Commission Miller moved to adopt Ordinance 12-1382 on second and final <br />reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. <br />Motion carried 4-1 by voice vote, Commissioner Aramendia dissenting. <br /> <br /> <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br /> <br />A. Ordinance 12-1384 – Amendment to ULDR Section 3-10.9 – Parking of vehicles in <br />residential districts – Recreational equipment and overnight parking (LPA 12-09) <br />Ordinance 12-1384 provides for consideration on first reading to amend the ULDZR, Section 3-10.9, Recreational <br />equipment and overnight parking. <br /> <br /> MOTION: Vice Mayor Solomon moved to approve Ordinance 12-1384 on first <br />reading, as presented.
